Wild vegetables the whole year

As there is no winter anymore we can serve wild food the hole year. At thistimewe findlamium purpureum, dandeleon leaves, daisy leaves, chickweed and sonchus oleraceus. Lamium purpureum in the soup, dandeleon leaves in the salad, daisy leaves in the pesto, sonchus oleraceus in the pasta and much more. One just have to open the door and harvest in the wild zone 😉 Look there, the eatable Orpine already has buds in February!
